Preliminary Program

Co-chaired by Pierre Monsan, Toulouse White Biotechnology, member of the NATF, and Magali Remaud-Simeon, LISBP-INSA, University of Toulouse, the Enzyme Engineering Conferences were initiated in 1971 and have become the leading international forum for the discussion of new developments in enzyme technology and biocatalysis, putting an emphasis on emerging technologies and focusing on both the fundamental and practical aspects. The proposed scope and thrust of the conference will continue this tradition and will additionally focus on new developments in the field. This conference series typically draws international participation both from industry and academia.

The specific topics will include:

Computational design and artificial catalysts
Enzymes and Synthetic Biology
Sequence and function-based discovery
Structure-Activity-Dynamics-Evolution
Biocatalysis I Enzyme engineering I Process development for:
Food/Feed/Health
Fine Chemicals and Commodity
Enzymes and Sustainable Development
