Michael Matlosz has been appointed President of Euroscience, a Strasbourg-based non-profit association whose mission is to represent the voice of European scientific researchers in the public debate on the role of science in our modern societies.
Member of the Academy of Technology since 2011, Michael Matlosz is a chemical engineer. Former director of ENSIC in Nancy, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ANR (2014-2017) and President of Science Europe, a non-profit organisation that brings together some forty funding agencies and research organisations from 27 European countries.
He is currently in charge of the call for projects policy for the University of Lorraine under the presidency of the University of Lorraine.
